R & R Land Management and Storage Solutions has a story like everyone else. It is a story built on Faith, Family and Friendship. This is the story of two friends coming together to build a mutual dream with their families.

Robert “Bob” Sale brings 36 years of professional sales experience and customer satisfaction to the R & R Land Management and Storage Solutions team. Bob grew up in an entrepreneurial faith-based home. Bob got his start selling vehicles and working his way through the finance department and eventually running a store as a manager and general manager. In 2002, Bob moved his talents to opening his own business called DE with his wife Mindy, specializing in dent repair, automobile accessories and graphics. Bob and his wife turned their attention to the sign business and self storage a few years later and found their calling out here on Route 3, renaming their business DE Signs & Storage. In 2009, they brought carports into the lineup to further expand their customer base and expand into other avenues. Bob and Mindy have one son and reside in Red Bud, IL.

Rich Shemwell brings 24 years of professional sales and customer satisfaction experience and several years of construction experience to the R & R team. Rich grew up in a faith-based blue collar household where his entire family worked in the trades professions to raise and support the family. He broke into sales after some college and entered the automotive industry. He worked his way through the finance and management roles over the years.  In 2013 Rich and his wife Hilary decided to open their own automobile dealership named Shemwell Motor Company in Red Bud, IL. Rich also serves his local community as a Volunteer firefighter and is involved with many fundraising events  Rich and Hilary have 4 children and reside in Red Bud, IL.

After being friends for more than a decade, Bob and Rich decided to purchase ground together in 2018 where R & R Land Management and Storage Solutions was born and serves the community today. They are proud to offer great products and superior customer satisfaction. They invite  to all their friends, family and new and previous customers to come experience what customer service is all about.

In 2018, R & R was pleased to establish relationships with Cardinal Portable Buildings, United Metal Structures and Mosaic Furniture. These 3 companies have the highest of reputations and bring values, craftsmanship, integrity, honesty and dependability that aligns with the core of R & R business practices and principles. R & R has also forged relationships since then with Kuntry Custom Gazebos and Tranquil Creek Cabins to expand their line-up of quality products to fulfill any of your needs. They firmly believe that these partnerships enable them to meet your every need, from simple storage to creating a piece of Heaven in your own backyard to outfitting your getaway property.
